E. Education- laboratory testing, writing White Papers and thought leadership
F. Foundation- product development, innovation, sustainability, propagation, GREEN
Using the above as a framework, IceCap Incorporated strives to develop a more robust hobby, which encourages new members, uses environmentally friendlier products and works to limit the destruction of natural habitats; all in conjunction with the Reef Societies. To do so, IceCap Incorporated will set aside a portion of Net Profits to fund:
- Partners In Innovation – IceCap Inc & Reef Societies/Clubs
- Long Term Collaboration – Publishing Of Testing / White Papers
- Metal Halide Lamp Recycling – Elimination of Lamps to Landfills
- Cooperative Testing - Reef Members at IceCap and as Beta Sites
- Product Development / Marketing – Working Together to Offer Better Solutions
