Warranty on all products is limited to the repair or replacement of the product, at IceCap Incorporated's discretion, and does not cover: personal injury, property loss, incidental damages or consequential damages associated with the use of these products. IceCap Incorporated also states that the improper use these products, acts of nature, electrical surge, power failure, saltwater corrosion, improper installation or improper maintenance of these products will not be covered. The Warranty Card must be completed and returned to IceCap, Inc. within 30 days of purchase to ensure that your 3 yr warranty becomes effective. The warranty covers manufacture defects in craftsmanship. Any items that have been tampered with, opened, or repaired by other than IceCap, Inc. will void this warranty.

Some states do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts, the exclusions or the limitations of incidental or consequential damages and therefore the above limitations may not apply to you. This warranty gives you specific legal rights. You may have other rights that vary from jurisdiction to jurisdiction.

There is no charge for parts or labor on all repairs made under warranty that are deemed to be due to a defect in manufacturing. Should your product become defective within the specified time frame, please return it, along with a copy of your sales receipt to IceCap, Inc. 9B South Gold Drive, Hamilton, NJ 08691, along with a check or money order for $10.00 for return shipping UPS ground delivery.
